*All items are covered under the 365 day return policy EXCEPT the following: Sale items, Christening items, Costumes, Pacifiers, My Blankee Blankets and custom items from My Blankee & Holiday outfits, which have a 14 day return policy from the date shipped to customer. Personalized items or Embroidered items cannot be returned once purchased.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. Please call Theebaby.com at 949-709-2111 to receive a return authorization # before the item is received by us. You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date. Products must be absolutely in the condition you received them and in the original box and original packaging and with all tags attached to the item. Once you return item in new and unwashed condition, you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price. Merchandise must be returned UNUSED, UNWASHED and in BRAND NEW condition (no stains, odors, tears etc.) to the address provided by Theebaby.com. Items cannot be returned back to the manufacturer. Please send item to the address we provide and simply let us do all the work. We will send you a pre-paid return slip upon your request.
1. Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed. Please contact us via email or phone for status.
2. Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-9 business days depending on the item. Please allow additional time for shipments to military APO/FPO addresses, or custom items. Custom items may take as long as 14 days to finish the order as requested by the customer. Some Baby Blankets are custom made and will take about 9 days to receive.
3. Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: At this time, we offer the following shipping
~ Standard Shipping (delivery within 4-9 business days): FREE
However, some items are able to be shipped next day (U.S. only) for about $10 depending on carrier. If needed, please contact us and we can let you know if your order can ship next day.
4. Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: We ship to all US States and Territories. We can also ship to Canada but you will be charged for that shipping and any returns from Canada. We do not ship to any other international locations at this time.
5. Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
6. Q: What do you charge for standard shipping on a order?
A: All orders shipped to a destination within the United States, its territories, or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped free of charge. Shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Canada, standard shipping rates through UPS or Fedex will apply.
7. Q: What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
A: There are no return shipping charges for orders originally shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or to an APO or FPO address. Please note UPS return shipments must also be shipped from the United States. Return shipping charges apply to orders returned from Canada
